Carol Robb – Course / Event Co-ordinator
Carol has become our new Course and Events Co-ordinator and will be responsible for organising our many face-to-face courses which includes taking bookings and arranging venues and accommodation. Carol is a mother of two young children who loves being outdoors and relaxing with a beer!

Richard Price – Clinical Director
Richard is a Consultant in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine at the Royal Alexandra Hospital, Paisley and with the Emergency Medical Retrieval Service. He teaches on several BASICS courses and leads the Clinical Governance working group. Richard officially took up his role as Assistant Clinical Director in October 2016.
Lisa MacInnes – Director of Education
Lisa joined the team in June 2019. She is a critical care nurse who has a passion for clinical and public health education. She is Lead Research Nurse of the Resuscitation Research Group, Edinburgh and is the Director of the the Save a Life for Scotland, a public facing CPR campaign which is the cornerstone of Scotland’s Out of Hospital Cardiac Arrest Strategy.
