Course Summary

This course is aimed at health care professionals who are likely to presented with medical emergencies outwith the hospital setting.

The course is taught over 2.5 days and cover aspects such as meningitis, epistaxis, children with fever, asthma and pre-hospital thrombolysis.

Teaching Hours
The course teaching hours for this course are 16 hours.

Practitioners working in remote and rural Scotland are eligible to have their course fees subsidised with the remainder payable by participants. Delegate fees are variable depending on whether courses are residential or non – residential.
