PRF Submission

Our preferred method of PRF submission is through the BASICS Scotland App. Please email responders@basics-scotland.org.uk if you would like to access to this. We ask that you complete a PRF each time you are tasked by SAS, even if you are stood down as this helps us monitor tasking numbers and is useful evidence for continued funding of equipment.

If you prefer to complete a Patient Report Form online, please complete the form below and it will be securely submitted to our PRF mailbox.
